Dear friends, our little ward, Daniel, is a birthday boy today! He is turning 6 years old! Unfortunately, he is spending his special day battling a serious illness.

 Daniel is a true hero! Just imagine how an adult would feel when faced with the news that part of their coccyx will be removed, that they have a rare diagnosis with only about 100 similar cases in the world, and that they will endure 27 months of treatment. Right now, he has also begun a gruelling 27 weeks of continuous drips and chemotherapy.

Daniel calmly and cold-heartedly recorded these facts in his biography. His mother accidentally discovered that her young son was aware of all the treatments, the names of procedures, the results of tests, and the possible consequences.

However, the boy had a particular fondness for his very first doctor, while remaining suspicious of the others, believing they caused him too much pain. In his eyes, true heroes were Robocar and Puppy Patrol, who rescued their friends from the most dangerous situations "without noise and dust!"

If only life were as straightforward as in stories, you marvellous little boy! Daniel is eager to learn so he can become just like his favourite characters. He dreams of being a top manager to support his grandma and mom when he grows up. He wants to find all the homeless kittens and help them find a mama cat, keeping them safe by his side. He understands the importance of kindness and love. His name holds a significant meaning, translating to "God is my judge," which conveys a powerful message. May the Almighty send His faithful messenger in the form of Daniel a quick path to healing!

May today’s birthday be a joyful and hopeful day for the baby. The best day for little Daniel will be when the doctor informs him that he is completely healthy. We hope that this doctor, along with the very first one and all those who will help Daniel on his path to recovery, becomes a favourite of his as well. After all, the pain will pass, but the experiences, memories, and gratitude will remain! And of course, love will endure!
